Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 21, 2012, at around 23:30, the Defendant driven B M& car under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of about 0.088% from the 5.7km section to the 5.7km distance at the beginning of the same military, on which it is impossible to find out the trade name in the singing room where the trade name in the sing room is unknown.
