1. The defendant is based on the transfer on April 30, 2003 on the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On April 30, 2003, the Plaintiff transferred a motor vehicle listed in the attached list (hereinafter “instant motor vehicle”) to the Defendant.

B. Since April 30, 2003, the above transfer date, the automobile of this case was occupied and used by the defendant.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to take over the transfer registration procedure based on the transfer on April 30, 2003 with respect to the instant motor vehicle from the plaintiff.

In addition, it is reasonable to view that the Plaintiff and the Defendant have the obligation to pay taxes, public charges, and fines imposed on the instant automobile from April 30, 2003 to the Defendant.

3. Therefore, we accept the Plaintiff’s claim in entirety.
