On July 19, 2015, around 00:0, the Defendant: (a) on the street side of the first apartment of Newcheon-ro, 72-ro, 00,000 Jeju-do, and (b) during a dispute with the victim C being able to interfere with his own vehicle path by divinging on the vehicle with drinking alcohol, the victim assaulted 5 times his/her own vehicle by drinking, against it, and assaulted the victim at once on the face of drinking by setting up against it; (b) continuously, the Defendant went beyond the miscellaneous floor to the victim so that he/she is in need of stability and preservation of the two-day medical treatment; (c) the salt and tension of the confection in need of the two-day medical treatment; and (d) the rained softened sof that he/she need medical treatment for a two-month stability period.
