Punishment of the crime

On March 24, 2018, at around 21:42, the Defendant: (a) Maart operated by the victim D located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju; (b) continuously walked the victim’s wife, who was in the influence of alcohol, and obstructed the victim’s business of walking and calculating his or her horses, thereby preventing the victim from doing so by interfering with the victim’s business.
