Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person operating a general restaurant "E" in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City D.

No person shall sell alcoholic beverages which are drugs harmful to juveniles to juveniles under the age of 19.

Nevertheless, at around 18:30 on March 29, 2013, the Defendant sold 40,000 won in total of the market price of 40,000 won, such as 17 years of age, 1, 1, 1, 1, and 5 drinking water, to 3 juveniles, such as F (17 years of age).
