A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 11, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driven BK3 automobiles without obtaining a driver’s license from around 10 10 km to the front road of Pyeongtaek-si District Court in the 1036 Suwon-ro, Pyeongtaek-si Special Zone from around the 1036 Suwon-si, Pyeongtaek-si Special Zone to the front road of the 16 km-si Gyeong-si, Chungcheongnam-si Special Zone.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act is a holder of BK3 passenger cars.

Although the owner of a motor vehicle is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, the defendant operated the motor vehicle without mandatory insurance at the date, time, place, etc. of paragraph 1.
