Punishment of the crime

On February 6, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two months for the violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daegu District Court on February 6, 2014, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 14th of the same month.

【Criminal Facts】

On September 23, 2019, at least 01:35, the Defendant driven a DNA car with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.148% in a section of about 3 km from the front of a restaurant located in Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, to the Yongsan ginseng located in the same Eup/Myeon, and violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act at least twice.

On February 6, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months by imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daegu District Court on February 6, 2014. On October 7, 2019, the Defendant was not detained due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act ( sound driving) at the Daegu District Court Branch of the Daegu District Court, and was currently pending in the trial of the first instance.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On November 22 and 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) violated the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) and driven a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license for a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.142% from the section of about 5km to the front day of the walls of the pro-gu F in E in the Gan-gun of Seongbuk-gun of Seongbuk-do; (b) from the front day of the purchase of the walls of the Gancheon-gun in the Gan-gun of Seongbuk-do; and (c) drive the motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. On November 8, 2019, the Defendant driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license (unlicensed driving) on the road in front of the Defendant’s house located in Gyeong-gun G in Gyeong-gun, Seongbuk-gun, without obtaining a driver’s license on November 8, 2019, and thereafter driving the motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license on nine occasions as stated in the attached crime log between November 21, 2019 and around November 21, 2019.
