Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person in a de facto marital relationship with C, and the victim D is the mother of the above C, the victim E is the male dynamic of the above C, the victim F is the female female of the above C, the victim G is the external third village of the above C, and the victim H is D.

In fact, the Defendant possessed a testamentary book stating the purport that he may receive a documentary heritage of the several hundred billion won, even though he did not have received the documentary heritage of the several hundred million won, and expressed this purport to the same effect, and tried to acquire money from the above victims under the pretext of acquiring the J hospital in Ulsan-gu I, Ulsan-gu.

On October 19, 2012, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant borrowed accounting funds related to the receipt of the J Hospital in Ulsan-gu I” to the victim F.

However, there was no fact that the defendant had a miscarriage of the Sugsan, and there was no possibility that the defendant will succeed to the property from a person who has no certain property.

Accordingly, the Defendant, as seen above, received KRW 10 million from the victim F to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number M) in the name of C on the same day from the victim F, and received KRW 193.8 million from that time until July 8, 2013, including from that time, the Defendant received KRW 193.8 million in total from the victims in terms of hospital business funds and living expenses, such as the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.
