Punishment of the crime
The Defendant registered as a preliminary candidate in the 19th National Assembly member election in the 19th National Assembly member election, which was implemented on April 11, 2012, and served as a part-time lecturer from C University D D from September 1, 201 to February 29, 2012.
No person shall publish or have another person publish or publicly announce false facts about the place of birth, status, occupation, career, property, personality, or activity of a candidate in favor of a candidate (including a person who intends to become a candidate) through a speech, communication, newspaper, communication, poster, propaganda document, or other means, with the intention
1. On December 14, 2011, the Defendant was working as a part-time lecturer at the office of the former E election commission, and, notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant was not appointed as a professor of the Cuniversity, the Defendant entered “Professor” in the occupation column and career column of the preliminary candidate registration application in favor of the Defendant for the purpose of winning the election, and submitted it to F, who was in charge of the work, to enter the list of preliminary candidates on the Internet Election Commission homepage “F University professor” in the name of the Preliminary candidate list on the Internet Election Commission homepage, and then entered into the list of Preliminary candidates on the homepage of the Korea National Election Commission.
2. On December 19, 201, the Defendant provided that, in the course of conducting an interview at G newspapers located in the Namnam-gu, Chungcheongnamnam-do, in the middle of the year of the interview, the Defendant published the Defendant’s career as “C University professor(s)” in the above G newspapers around December 19, 201, the Defendant published the Defendant’s career as “C University professor(s)” as “C University professor(s)” in the above G newspapers, as shown in the list of crimes (Ⅰ), and then published “A(s)C University professor(s)” in the daytime including G newspapers, etc., on a total of four occasions from January 21, 2012.
3. On February 24, 2012, the Defendant had a career of “C University professor” at the H apartment parking lot in the Jeonnamnam-gun, Jeonnam-gun, Seoul, around 08:35.
