1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of five hundred thousand won;

2. 50,000 won where the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

At around 13:15 on September 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by bringing one of Samsung GTE Smartphones, which is equivalent to KRW 98,00,00, in the victim C’s ownership market on the cash withdrawal at the Chang Chang Saemaul Community Treasury located in the Changdong-dong 106-8, Changwon-si, Changwon-si.
