Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment for eight months, respectively.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 3, 2014, Defendant A was engaged in sexual traffic with the trade name of “E” from “E” from “F,” the phone room in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and “E,” and upon receipt of a request from a male on March 3, 2014, Defendant A would receive KRW 100,000 as the price for sexual traffic, upon receipt of a request from a male on the name of the non-name-free, to introduce another sexual traffic to a female on the part of “E”. Defendant A sent the name-free sexual traffic (hereinafter “G”), via “F,”), to the 506 motherel located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.

Between March 3, 2014 and May 20, 2016, as well as arranging sexual intercourses, arranged sexual intercourses over 875 times, as shown in attached Table 1, from March 3, 2014 to May 20, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with F to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. Defendant B, who was engaged in sexual traffic with the trade name of “E” from “E” on the early 2014 Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and “E”, was introduced from “E” to “E” and was engaged in sexual traffic on March 3, 2014, upon request by a male in the name of the non-named male on March 3, 2014, the Defendant would receive KRW 100,000 as the price for sexual traffic. Defendant B sent the name-free female sexual traffic (hereinafter “one-day sexual traffic”) to “E” 506, where the said male was waiting for the purchase of sexual traffic through “F.”

Between March 3, 2014 and March 17, 2016, it arranged sexual traffic over 486 times, as shown in attached Table 2, from March 3 to March 17, 2016.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with F to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
