On January 24, 2019, around 17:27, the Defendant completed a civil lawsuit in front of the Daegu District Court's Pohang Port Branch's civil petition office located in 181 as the North-gu court at the port, the Defendant used the victim B (the age of 52) to the Defendant's face, and assaulted the victim B (the age of 52) at one time by using the left hand.
