Each of the crimes of this case is determined as follows: (a) the Defendant purchased Mescoptyes (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) from E; (b) assisted D to trade philopon four occasions; (c) administered philopon five times in exchange for good offices; (d) sold philopon to B and P; (e) delivered three philopon to N and R three times; and (d) delivered and received it; and (e) smoked once after delivery of marijuana; (c) the Defendant committed an act of receiving or arranging the sale of philopon on nine occasions; (d) the Defendant received or delivered marijuana on one occasion; (e) the Defendant committed an act of receiving or receiving marijuana on one occasion; and (e) the Defendant committed an offense with imprisonment with prison labor for not more than two times; and (e) the Defendant committed an offense with prison labor for not more than one of the crimes of this case, and (e) the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a prison term of one hundred and five times, one of imprisonment with prison labor for each of this case.
