1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 681,99,521 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 10, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. Although the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with the Switzerland lease plate from December 2013 to September 19, 2016, the Plaintiff was not paid KRW 820,605,670 for goods.

Accordingly, B, the representative director of the Defendant, on September 19, 2016, is to fully pay the remainder on October 15, 2016, 200 million won, November 15, 2016, 200 million won, December 15, 2016, 200 million won, and January 15, 2017.

B. After that, although the Plaintiff resumed the transaction with the Defendant, the Plaintiff discontinued the transaction with the Defendant on October 28, 2016 due to the said B’s failure to repay under the respective documents, and the amount of unpaid goods at that time is KRW 681,99,521.

C. The Plaintiff seek against the Defendant the payment of the above unpaid amount of KRW 681,99,521 and damages for delay.
