Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 1.5 million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 20:50 on October 30, 2014, the Defendant solicited sexual traffic, such as “I have this bad character; (b) 30,000 won,” and provided guidance to an influence establishment located in Busan Dong-gu, which is possible to engage in sexual traffic, by soliciting sexual traffic.
