1. Basic facts

A. With respect to A vehicle (hereinafter “Plaintiff vehicle”), the Defendant is an insurer who entered into a comprehensive automobile insurance contract with respect to B vehicle (hereinafter “Defendant vehicle”).

B. On October 28, 2016, around 14:08, the Plaintiff’s vehicle changed one lane from the four-lane road in front of the distribution center of the Seongdong-dong Sungnam Agricultural and Fishery Products in order to 2, 3, and 4 lanes from the distance room of the agricultural and fishery product center to the dong 1 Intersection.
