Punishment of the crime

No person shall allow any person to deliver words, sounds, letters, pictures, images, or other things that may cause a sense of sexual humiliation or aversion by telephone, mail, computer, or other means of communication, with intent to arouse or satisfy his/her own or another person's sexual desire.

그럼에도 피고인은 2013. 12. 29. 15:46경 장소를 알 수 없는 곳에서, 인터넷 게임인 ‘리그 오브 레전드’ 게임에 캐릭터 ‘A’을 이용하여 접속한 후 게임에 참가한 다른 사람들이 지켜보는 가운데 자기 또는 다른 사람의 성적 욕망을 만족시킬 목적으로 피해자 B(여, 23세) 캐릭터를 지칭하면서 “아, B 씨발련, 함 따먹야 되는데, 쫀득하니 맛 좋은데, ㅋㅋㅋㅋ”라는 등의 성적 수치심을 느끼게 하는 글을 작성게시하여 피해자에게 도달하게 하였다.
