Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 28, 2016, around 06:56 on June 28, 2016, the Defendant, as a B driver, driven a section of approximately 500 meters from the trade name in front of an unclaimed restaurant located in the Dong-dong, Daejeon-dong Movement to the roads located in the same Gu-dong, while driving a section of approximately 500 meters from the day before the Saemaul Treasury located in the same Gu-dong.
