Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and by a fine of one hundred and fifty thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On November 15, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act by the Jeju District Court.

1. On August 20, 2019, at around 18:10, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (i.e., the Defendant’s refusal to take a noise level) and (ii) visited the E box located in D at Seopo-si by driving a 124C wing wing wing wing wing wing on August 20, 201 and making a report on the loss of the wing wing wing wing, the Defendant did not comply with the request of a police officer by refusing to take a alcohol level without justifiable grounds on the grounds that there are reasonable grounds to recognize that the Defendant was driving under the influence of alcohol, such as the Defendant’s iceF affiliated with the above E box at the police box at the time of Seopo-si (around 18:10, around 18:20, and around 18:30 on a total of three occasions, namely, “a failure to drive without driving, and no drinking wing wing wing wing wing wing.”

As a result, the Defendant violated the regulations prohibiting drinking driving or the regulations requiring compliance with drinking alcohol measurements not less than twice.

2. On August 20, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, the Defendant operated a 124c wing wing wing wing wing wing wing wing wing Motor Vehicle without obtaining a license for driving a motor vehicle on a section of about 800 meters from the front day of the road in the C-Sapo City B to the front day of the E-Sa police box located in D.
