1. Violation of the Labor Standards Act against D;

A. If a worker dies or retires, the employer who has been paid wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within 14 days from the date on which the cause for such payment occurred, but the Defendant, at the workplace of C Co., Ltd., did not pay KRW 1,650,000 for five-month wages from March 2, 2011 to June 11, 2012 at the workplace of C within 14 days from the date of retirement.

B. On June 11, 2012, the Defendant did not pay KRW 1,650,000, which is a 30-day ordinary wage while dismissing workers D at the place of business of a stock company on the part of June 11, 2012.

2. An employer in violation of the Guarantee of Workers' Retirement Benefits Act, when a worker retires, shall pay retirement allowances within 14 days from the date on which the cause for such payment occurred, but the Defendant, at the workplace of the said stock company, did not pay 2,092,620 won of D retirement allowances from March 2, 2011 to June 11, 2012 within 14 days from the date of retirement.

3. If an employee in violation of the Labor Standards Act dies or retires, the employer shall pay wages, compensations, and other money and valuables within 14 days from the date on which the cause for such payment occurred, but the Defendant, at the workplace of the stock company C, is working from July 31, 2012 to October 13, 2012.

The retirement E's wage of KRW 1,00,000 in August 2012, the wage of KRW 1,000,000 in September 2013, and KRW 2,250,000 in October 2013, did not pay KRW 2,250,000 in total within 14 days from the date of retirement.
