Punishment of the crime

On May 26, 2016, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the Daegu District Court on April 26, 2016 and is currently under trial at the appellate court.

On March 15, 2016, at around 14:22, the Defendant took a bath at “J Emt” operated by the victim I (WW, 39 years of age) located in H, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, for the reason that TW, an employee, while calculating an accident while under the influence of alcohol, would not promptly calculate the accident, the Defendant obstructed the Defendant’s mat business by force over about 10 minutes, such as she was seated at the entrance of the mat and she was seated, and she was removed by the Emt employee, thereby interfering with the Defendant’s mat business by force.

The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at around 17:38 on the same day, found the Defendant again in the same marina, and obstructed the part of the victimized person’s marina business by force over about 10 minutes, such as taking the Defendant’s bath to a marina employee as described in paragraph 1 with the victim, and avoiding disturbance.

1. On November 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 11:00, the Defendant: (b) was boarding a V taxi operated by the injured U on the front side of the Gyeongdong apartment apartment located in Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and (c) operated the said taxi to the salary-gu, Namdong-dong, Daegu-gu.

However, since there was no money owned by the defendant at the time, there was no intention or ability to pay the taxi fee to the victim.

The Defendant had the victim operate the said taxi to the dyke market, and did not pay KRW 12,200 to the dyke market.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired financial benefits by deceiving the victim.

2. The thief Defendant’s age on November 18, 2015, equivalent to 4,500 won at the market price of YE operated by the victim X in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu.

As a result, there was a theft of a number of 1st and 300 won in the market value of the free tobacco.
