A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 8, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (dwork of drinking) driving a rocketing car under the influence of alcohol at a section of about 13 km from the front of the sperm breakwater in Ulsan-gu to the front of the Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, while under the influence of alcohol at a level of about 0.061% in alcohol level.

2. The Defendant, who violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person engaged in the operation of the said rocketing car.

The defendant entered the two-lanes of the vehicle parked on the three-lanes while moving by right from the side of the intersection of the Jung-gu, Ulsan Metropolitan City C in the direction of the road, such as the above 1 paragraph.

In such cases, when a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle intends to change course and it is likely to impede the normal passage of another motor vehicle running in the direction of the change, he/she shall not change the course.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, was negligent in changing the course of the same as above, and was negligent in changing the course of the two-lanes of the E-driving, and the part on the right side side of the E-Powered car in the top of the same two-lanes of the vehicle was committed as the front part of the Defendant vehicle.

The Defendant, by negligence in the above occupational negligence, suffered injury to the victim G (Woo, 41 years old) and the victim H (Woo, 17 years old) boarding the back seat of the above E driver’s vehicle, respectively, for approximately two weeks of light clocks, tensions, and so on.
