1. The Defendant’s KRW 743,013,810 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from February 8, 2014 to October 13, 2014.
Reasons
1. The facts following the facts do not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged in full view of the whole purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1, 3 through 7, Gap evidence No. 13, Eul evidence No. 4-1 and Eul evidence No. 5.
On April 16, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a subcontract with respect to the instant construction project (hereinafter “instant construction project”) among the construction works of the Section 1 for a T-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-
The project owner shall pay the contract amount of KRW 2,739,00,000 during the construction contract period from April 16, 2013 to December 31, 2013.
(a) Criteria for the payment of advance payment place;
(b)(1) At the time of the request, paragraph (2) of Article 1 of the Special Conditions for Subcontracts as to the Contract at the time of the request.
5.The special terms of this Agreement shall prevail over the terms and conditions of any other contract.

3. When a pair of construction works has received progress payment or completion payment from the ordering authority, the amount corresponding to the content of the construction executed by the plaintiff shall be paid in accordance with the terms and conditions that a pair of construction works has been received from the ordering authority within 15 days from the date on which the said construction was received from the ordering authority, and in any other cases, it shall be paid in accordance with the payment regulations for the cost
Part of the contract statement shall be the unit cost per common name quantity (cost) cost in the contract statement.

B. The Plaintiff and T&T construction are on the grounds of “the settlement of volume and extension of air” in December 19, 2013.
