A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 31, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Changwon District Court's Jinju on December 31, 2007; a fine of three hundred thousand won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the same court on December 16, 201; and a person who, at the same court on May 29, 2013, violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act after having been sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act on at least two occasions.

On May 1, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) operated B rocketing car at a section of about 4 km from the side library located in front of the library, which is located in the city of Jinju at the time of Jinju to the entrance of the Hinstopy apartment in the same city of the same city without obtaining a driver’s license at around 08:08.

2. Around 18:08 on May 1, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (e.g., after-accidents), driving the said car, leading C ahead of the Jinju to the Tri-day intersection from the middle side of the Jinju.

Since there is a house side, in such a case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to live well in the front line and to operate a steering boat and brake in a safe way by accurately operating the steering gear.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected to perform his/her duty in a breath state while under the influence of alcohol and received the victim D's house outer wall wall installed on the left-hand side of the running direction of the defendant as the part of the driver's seat in front of the car driving seat.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by occupational negligence, destroyed the outer wall and fence of the above house so that the amount equivalent to KRW 400,000 is equivalent to the above 40,000, and escaped without immediately stopping and taking necessary measures.
