A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and by a fine not exceeding 8,00,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant of acceptance of bribe is a member of the F building permit and mountainous district management team from July 2006 to March 2010, performing the duty of permission for the conversion of mountainous districts and other activities such as permission for the conversion of mountainous districts. From February 2013 to August 20, 2014, the Defendant is a F public official who performed development activities such as permission for the conversion of mountainous districts as the head of the same mountainous district management team from February 2013 to August 20, and G is a person who operated the “I” lawsuit in H, and performs the duties of acting as an agent for application for the conversion of mountainous districts

around January 2009, the Defendant received a request from the above G to the effect that the case of application for permission for various development activities, such as permission for conversion of mountainous district applied by I, can be processed promptly, and that even if the case of application for permission for conversion of mountainous district does not meet the legal requirements, the Defendant received a gift certificate equivalent to KRW 200,000,000 at the market price, and received a bribe in relation to its duties by receiving money and valuables worth KRW 710,000,000 in total over 14 times from that time to February 2015, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, from around 2015.

2. On May 6, 2013, G acquiring a third party bribe had a third party file an application for permission to divert the said forest land on behalf of the owner of the said forest land, upon delegation by L, who is the owner of the said forest land, with respect to the area of 3,967 square meters outside Incheon K and 2 lots.

G did not meet the requirements of gradient, etc. to obtain permission for mountainous district conversion, but G requested the F-Building Permission Director M to the effect that the forest would be granted permission for mountainous district conversion on several occasions because the degree of violation is not excessive. On September 5, 2014, F-O permission for mountainous district conversion was granted in F-O on September 5, 2014.

On November 2014, the Defendant completed G curricula at “O” restaurant located in Incheon N around the beginning of November, 2014, and then completed G curricula before the restaurant, and “ponner” from G separately.
