A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Crimes against the victims' names and needy persons;
A. On January 31, 2013, at around 20:14, the Defendant discovered a female victim who is unable to identify the name being called by using short 365ccp of a national bank located on the first floor of the Dweves building located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, and taken a video image of the victim’s franchis against the victim’s will by using smartphones in his possession.
B. On June 6, 2013, at around 00:07, the Defendant: (a) laid the stairs of the calculation station in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, Gyeyang-gu; (b) discovered a female victim who is unable to know who was going out of the stairs by suffering a short flasing, and was taking a video image of the victim against the victim’s will by using smartphones in his possession.
Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person who could cause sexual humiliation or shame over twice against his will.
2. On April 14, 2014, at around 23:35, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim E: (a) was committed in front of the calculated female toilets in 1091, as the name of Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, with the intent of women to take a luxic image, and was concealed in the luxal square, entering the said toilet. At around 00:55 on the following day, the Defendant taken a luxic video image by using smartphones with which the victim E (or 28 years of age) entered the side column of the Defendant.
As a result, the Defendant invaded on public toilets for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire, and taken video images against the victim’s will against the victim’s will that could cause a sense of sexual humiliation.
3. Crimes against victim F;
A. On July 15, 2014, the Defendant met the victim F (n, 20 years of age) and Ham-gu H in the Nowon-gu, Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, with the “road-distance Hunting” in the north Square of the Dongam-gu, Incheon.
