A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Indecent acts by force against victims C (n, 22 years of age);
A. On February 24, 2016, from around 03:00 to 04:00, the Defendant: (a) performed an original test at the “F” guest room located in E in nuclear cities from around 03:0 to around 04:00; (b) was trying to sleep with several students after drinking alcohol; (c) the victim, who is the motive of the university, was late, was placed on the front left of the Defendant’s side for himself/herself; (d) the victim’s body was removed from the victim’s body; (e) the victim’s body was removed to avoid this; and (e) the victim’s body was covered by the victim’s body to avoid this; and (e) the victim’s fingered the victim’s body to the head of the victimized person; and (e) took the victim’s hand to force the victim to commit an indecent act by forcing the victim.
B. On April 3, 2016, from around 03:00 to around 04:00, the Defendant: (a) held the instant university’s law department G-type event at the “H”; (b) took the part of the victim’s body, i.e., e., the victim, who frand himself/herself with several students, including the victim, after drinking alcohol; and (c) took part in the victim’s body by hand; (d) avoided the victim’s body; and (e) attempted to keep the victim’s body by putting his/her hand into the victim’s clothes; and (e) committed an indecent act by force against the victim by forcing the victim to sustain the victim’s body with his/her hand.
2. Forced indecent acts or forced indecent acts against victims D (n, 21 years of age).
A. On August 29, 2016, from around 03:00 to around 07:35, the Defendant, at the “J” guest room located in the Dong-si, Gangwon-do. The Defendant held the above University Department of Law and Department of Law and MT, and then came to enjoy the victim’s body with several students for himself/herself. The Defendant, who gets fright back from the victim’s back to the Defendant, dived the victim’s body, knife the victim’s body to the Defendant, and knife the victim’s body to the victim, and the victim was deprived of the victim’s body while getting out of the victim’s body.
