Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates the E frequency in Changwon-si Mhap-si D, and the victim F is a building owner of the above store.

At around 18:30 on August 14, 2014, the Defendant openly insulting the victim by citing the frequency of the victim’s home operated by the victim in Changwon-si G, Changwon-si on the ground that the above frequency lease agreement was wrong, the Defendant found the victim on the ground of the error of the above frequency of the lease agreement, and told the victim “I am employed at home, I am a large number of customers, I am a day off, I am a day off, I am a bit of bitch, I am a day off, I am an equal year, I am a written contract.”
