Punishment of the crime

At around 20:10 on December 29, 2013, the Defendant made a public insult of the victim D, who is a taxi driver, on the front of the C station located in Busan Southern-gu, Busan-gu, and made a change in the taxi cost, and made it difficult for the victim D to do so. However, while there are police officers, such as police officers E belonging to the Busan Southern Police Station, and surrounding people, the Defendant made a public insult of the victim.
