Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at the Seoul Central District Court on January 17, 2010, sentenced two years of suspended execution to eight months due to a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse, and became subject to registration of personal information on the 25th of the same month after the said judgment became final and conclusive.

If a person subject to the registration of personal information is changed, he/she shall submit the reason and details of such change within 20 days from the date on which the reason for such change occurred.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not submit the changed information to the Seoul Central Police Station having jurisdiction over his/her domicile until November 2013, 2013, although the actual place of residence stated in the Personal Information Data Data Submission Report has been changed to an irregular place on November 2013.

1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act of the provisional payment order;
