Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as an acting driver, was the victim E (V, 53 years of age) who operates the D’s drinking house in the Daegu-gu Month C, and from June 2017, there was frequent dispute between ordinary male and female, as a matter of frequent contact with the victim’s cell phone.

On July 29, 2017, around 02:50, the Defendant: (a) made several calls to the victim; (b) did not communicate, and (c) found in the foregoing “D” drinking house, thereby damaging the property owned by the victim so that the glass of the said drinking house was affixed several times, and the said stone was loaded in the drinking house glass and the repair cost amounting to KRW 202,50 in total,00,000.

The reason for sentencing under Articles 70(1) and 69(2) of the Criminal Act in the custody of the workhouse appears to have been against the defendant's living through confinement during the period. The victim does not want the defendant's punishment by compensating for the damage and by agreement with the victim. The defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence once every 39 years prior to the 39 year period and a fine on several occasions, but was sentenced to a fine by drinking driving in 2006 and was living without being subject to any specific criminal punishment for about 10 years after being sentenced to a fine for drinking in 206. It is so ordered as per Disposition.
