1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 27,89,100 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from March 28, 2015 to the day of full payment.

The Plaintiff, who runs a wholesale and retail business of meal materials, is liable to pay to the Defendant, who runs a Chinese restaurant from March 28, 2014 to January 15, 2015, the price for the goods that was not paid with food materials, based on the overall purport of the pleadings, as a whole, on the grounds that the entire purport of the pleadings in each of the evidence No. 1-1, No. 2, and No. 2, and No. 2, No. 4, and No. 100, the Defendant is liable to pay to the Plaintiff delay damages at a rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from March 28, 2015 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
