A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates Emergency Medical Services Act shall interfere with the rescue, transfer, first aid or medical treatment of an emergency patient by emergency medical personnel by means of violence, intimidation, deceptive scheme, threat or by other means, or destroy, damage or occupy medical facilities, equipment, medicines or other objects for emergency medical services provided by a medical institution, etc.;

Nevertheless, at around 18:32 on October 18, 2019, the Defendant expressed that, while waiting for medical treatment at the C Hospital emergency room located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol (i.e., she became aware of weather, why she became aware of, why she became aware of, why she became soon aware of, and why she is why she was unable to give her the treatment), followed the Defendant, and continuously her victim D (the age of 43) (the age of 43) who is a doctor, her bath, she was flick, cut off, her sound, she cannot issue a diagnosis certificate, and “the victim E (the age of 43) who is the nurse on the side, cannot issue a diagnosis certificate to the nurse,” and “the victim she was under the influence of weather, she was under the influence of the victim, she was under the influence of the victim, she was under the influence of the victim, she was under the influence of the victim.”

2.
