On September 20, 2017, the Defendant driven B rocketing car with approximately 300 meters alcohol content 0.202% in blood while under the influence of alcohol from a section of about 300 meters from the front of a mutually influent cafeteria to the front of a Ri cafeteria located in the same Dong, in the city of Gu-si, Gu-si.
