Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for obstruction of business and larceny from the Busan District Court on August 21, 2015, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 4, 2015.

1. From around September 6, 2015 to around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant obstructed the legitimate business affairs of the victim, who was the victim of the instant 30-minute-scam singing singing room, by exerting force on the part of the victim D (the victim, the 56-year-old), who was under the influence of alcohol in the “Enorogate” in the operation of the victim D (the victim, the 56-year-old) located on the Busan Jin-gu and the 1st underground floor of the building, and intending to take the bet the bet the other customer without the victim’s permission.

2. Suppression;

A. At around 19:00 on July 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) went to a customer in the above Enonoba room; (b) brought the victim D with the threat, such as “I have been sentenced to six months of imprisonment; (c) brought the victim D with alcohol and internal drinking in an amount equivalent to 35,000 won (35,000 won of the market price; and (d) brought the victim, who did not pay the price, and (c) brought the victim into action. From around that time to September 5, 2015, the Defendant 710,000 won was not paid for the alcohol and internal drinking in the above Enoba room, as shown in attached Table 1, from around 200 to September 5, 2015.

B. Around the beginning of August 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim D with the threat that “I have liveded for six months” at the same Eno.S.; (b) 10,000 won was frighted from a drinking victim, which was frighted; (c) around that time, from around September 4, 2015 to around September 4, 2015, the Defendant borrowed 131,000 won in total over ten times, as indicated in the list of crimes in attached Table 2, and did not repay it.

3. Around September 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) obstructed a victim F (59 years of age) who had drinking alcohol in the above Enonodes bank from drinking alcohol without permission, and obstructed the said victim’s drinking alcohol, and at the place where G, H, etc. are viewed as the victim’s drinking alcohol, i.e., “h., the Chewing typ, the brupted ar, and the breath.”
