All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the plaintiffs.

1. On August 29, 2016, the Plaintiffs’ assertion E (hereinafter “the deceased”) went to an emergency room of G Hospital located in the Busan East-gu, Busan (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) with his blood and blood, etc. on or around August 20, 2016, but even after the lapse of 20 minutes, it was left unattended without receiving appropriate first aid.

As a result, the Deceased received first aid, such as having been administered a drug after undergoing an examination of cardiopulmonary and blood stegrology, and had not been recovered. At around 20:35, the Deceased received cardiopulmonary resuscitation around 21:05, but was eventually dead and told at around 21:05.

The cause of the death of the deceased was a severe stop due to a bruthic disease, and H, an employee of the defendant, was found to have caused the death by the deceased, and was unable to take appropriate medical measures for the heart disease requiring emergency and caused the death.

Therefore, the defendant is the employer of the defendant hospital as the general manager of the defendant hospital and also H, and is responsible for compensating the plaintiff A, the wife of the deceased, the plaintiff B, and C for all damages caused by the death of the deceased.

2. The plaintiffs filed the instant claim on the premise that the defendant is the operator of the defendant hospital. However, each of the statements in Gap evidence 1 or Gap evidence 11 (including each number), cannot be acknowledged as the defendant's operator of the defendant hospital. Since there is no other evidence to support this, the plaintiffs' assertion is without merit without any further review as to the remaining points.

3. According to the conclusion, the plaintiffs' claims are all dismissed, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
