1. The Defendant’s KRW 1,220,016,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from May 1, 2008 to August 7, 2015, and the following.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff became aware of the Defendant by introducing C around 2004.
At the time, the defendant was operating D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "D"), and the defendant was appointed as D's auditor from March 29, 2004 to May 19, 2005. The director on May 19, 2005 and the representative director on August 8, 2005.
D was promoting the F apartment building project in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu and 133 lots.
B. In September 2003, the Plaintiff lent KRW 30 million to G (the Defendant’s South-North Together) and H (the Defendant’s leakage).
