Defendant

A The manager of the F commercial building in Jung-gu Seoul, the head of the management office of the above commercial building, and the victim G operated the "H screen golf course" on the second floor of the above commercial building, and the Defendants and the victimized persons continued to be dissatified due to the acts of managing the commercial building and the problems of smoking in the victim's place of business.

1. Defendant A

A. On May 10, 2014, the Defendant who intrudes into a room: (a) talks that an employee I of the victim would be a short-term accident before the elevator fire exhaustr for “H screen golf course,” operated by the injured person on May 10, 2014.

“I opened a fire stack and opened a studio in the above golf practice hall and a studio in which customers were engaged in golf practice.

Accordingly, the Defendant infringed on a golf practice shop, which is a room possessed by the injured party.

B. The Defendant, at the time and place indicated in the above paragraph A, intruded into the Hshield golf course operated by the injured party, and then, with respect to the customers who were engaged in golf practice in the room, “dwarfing tobacco.”

“Along with the intention of the customer, taking pictures of the customer, etc., so that the customer was unable to account, thereby obstructing the business of the victim’s screen golf course by force.

2. At around 11:40 on May 12, 2014, Defendant B, along with five to six members, such as employees I, the representative of the shop management unit in charge of the management of commercial buildings, and the victim, who had conversationsd with the management of commercial buildings, was exposed to the internal smoking problems of the screen golf club operated by the victim, and the victim’s “snicking snick snick snick snick snick snick snick snick snick snick snick snick snick snick snick.”
