When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 28, 2015, around 12:20, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s main store business by avoiding disturbance for about 20 minutes, such as finding the victim D (V, 48 years old)’s “E main store” in Busan Dong-gu C on the ground that the injured party reported the Defendant as a interference with business.
