Reasons
In addition to the purport of the whole argument in each statement of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5, each fact recorded in the grounds for the claim in the attached Form may be recognized.
According to the above facts, since the lease contract between the plaintiff and the defendant was lawfully terminated, the defendant is obligated to deliver the real estate stated in the attached list to the plaintiff, to the plaintiff, and to pay the overdue management fee of KRW 158,950 and the amount of unfair profit equivalent to the monthly rent of KRW 46,800 calculated from September 1, 2020 to the completion date of delivery of the above real estate.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition.
