A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three months and by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violating the Military Service Act is a person liable for military service.

In December 2015, the Defendant did not file a move-in report within 14 days without justifiable grounds, even though the Defendant moved to the room located in Nam-gu B building in the Nam-gu and the room located in Nam-gu D at the time of Pohang-gu at the time of port.

1) The Defendant did not take photographs by December 31, 2017 without justifiable grounds. 2) The Defendant did not take photographs by December 31, 2018 without justifiable grounds.
