Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of the Category B of Lone Star Car.

1. On May 24, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, driving the above vehicle at around 16:00, and driving the two-lane road near the KCC (ju) in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., with a speed of about 40km along the speed of the unbrupted line at the distance of emulpo line.

Since there is a place where the center line of yellow-ray is installed, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to thoroughly operate the entire city and to safely operate the car line.

Nevertheless, the part on the left side of the D Poter vehicle driven by the injured party C(37 years of age) who had been driven by the injured party C (37 years of age) due to the negligence of the injured party, is shocked by the part on the front part of the D Poter vehicle, and the injured party E (33 years of age) driven by the injured party E (33 years of age) who was pushed by the above damaged vehicle, was pushed by the front part of the F Poter vehicle.

Violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.091% in blood alcohol concentration from before Korean enterprises located in the audience area in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, the same temporary border as that set forth in the preceding paragraph to the direction of the KCC (ju) in North-gu, the same city.
