Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 12, 2015, at around 08:09, the Defendant driven 200 meters in front of the entrance of the said hotel parking lot on the road near the Grand hotel located in the Do of Busan Metropolitan City, at around 0.084% alcohol level.
