The grounds of appeal are examined.

Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment in light of the evidence duly admitted by the lower court, the lower court is justifiable in finding the Defendant guilty of violating the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes against Victims F among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds stated in its reasoning. In so doing, it did not err by misapprehending the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, contrary to

As to the case of the request for attachment order, inasmuch as the defendant and the person against whom the request for attachment order was filed a final appeal regarding the case of the accused case, the appeal is deemed to have been filed regarding the case of the request for attachment order, but there is no indication of grounds in the petition of appeal and no statement of grounds for objection

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
