1. Basic facts

A. On October 30, 2014, the public announcement of the construction project and the conclusion of the contract, the Defendant: (a) published a tender on the high voltageC construction (hereinafter “public announcement number C; hereinafter “2014”) at the branch office B in the year 2015 (hereinafter “tender 2014”); (b) the Plaintiff participated in the tender in 2014 and entered into a construction contract with the Defendant in December 31, 2014 with the Defendant for the year 2014; and (c) the Plaintiff entered into the construction contract in 2014 and submitted to the Defendant a written notification of the performance of the integrity contract (hereinafter “written notification of the performance of the integrity contract”).

2. He will not provide the employees concerned with unjust profits, such as money and valuables, directly or indirectly in the process of concluding a successful bid and performing a contract.

In violation of this, if it is revealed that money and valuables, entertainment, etc. are provided to related employees in connection with bidding, successful bid, conclusion of contract, or performance of contract, it will be subject to the cancellation of the successful bidder's decision, cancellation of the contract before the execution of the contract, and cancellation of all or part of the contract after the execution of the contract.

The pledge of integrity contract is a pledge based on mutual trust, and we agree that we will not raise any civil or criminal objection as to the bid that us claims damages against us or exclude us in connection with the measures of us such as restrictions on participation in bidding, termination of contract, etc., by entering into a contract with the contents of this pledge as it is a special condition of contract at the time it is determined as a successful bidder.
