Punishment of the crime

On January 21, 2017, the Defendant driven B rocketing from the front side of the elementary school under the joint signature of 80-2 to the front side of the 318 Haan-ro 3106 Sinan-ro Haan-ro 1106, at approximately 50 meters, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.089% among the blood transfusions.
