Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On August 26, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Central District Court, and two years of a suspended sentence in eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Sungnam branch of Suwon District Court on August 28, 2014.
