Punishment of the crime

In full view of the circumstances shown in the record and the purport of the whole theory, there is a substantial disadvantage to the defendant's right of defense.

To the extent that it does not appear, the indictment was revised ex officio.

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a benz car.

No driver of any motor vehicle, etc. shall threaten or threaten any other person or cause any danger to traffic by consecutively committing two or more acts from among the acts provided for in the subparagraphs of Article 46-3 of the Road Traffic Act or by continuing or repeating one act.
