1. The Defendants: (a) KRW 160,572,082 to each Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from July 11, 2014 to September 18, 2014; and (b)

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a personal entrepreneur who leases and sells building materials in the name of Nonparty C, and Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant B”) is a construction contractor awarded a contract for construction work of building E to be constructed in the building unit D located in the Southern-gun, Bosung-gun. Defendant AD Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant AD Construction”) is a contractor awarded a subcontract for reinforced concrete construction (hereinafter “instant construction”) from Defendant B among the construction work of the above E building from Defendant B.

B. On May 7, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) with Defendant AD Construction: (a) the Plaintiff is to be paid the rent of KRW 10 to KRW 90 (excluding value added tax and transportation expenses) per day as indicated in the table on the leased unit price; (b) the Plaintiff leases the temporary materials to Defendant DD Construction; and (c) upon the Plaintiff’s request for rent as of the end of the month, the Defendant DD Construction shall approve in cash within 10 days from the date the request was made; (c) the amount per item of the temporary materials is paid; and (d) when the temporary materials are destroyed, the Defendant B’s On-Site Director entered into the “B On-siteF” name in the column for the guarantor (agent) of the instant lease agreement and signed thereon.
