The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly adopted by the court below and the first instance court maintained by the court below, the court below is just in holding that the defendant cannot be deemed to have acquired the qualification of the president of the clan of this case by the resolution of the chairman's assistant council on November 1, 2008, and that the defendant had the intent to commit the crime of this case. There is no error in the misapprehension of law of logic and experience and the principle of free evaluation of evidence or in the misapprehension of legal principles as to the preparation of qualification documents, as otherwise alleged in the ground of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
